Washington alone at the top

March 21, 2012
Brady Clark and his defending champions sit alone at the top of the standings at the 2012 USA Curling Mixed National Championship. A situation that's very familiar to the eight-time champions from Seattle.

Clark (Lynnwood, Wash.) and teammates Cristin Clark (Lynnwood, Wash.), Sean Beighton (Seattle) and Bev Walter (Seattle) earned a 9-6 win over California's Lyle Sieg rink, which was the first loss for California (4-2) since its opening match. With the victory, Washington moves to 6-0 with three games left in the round robin.
