USA to play China in quarterfinal match-up at 2012 World Mixed Doubles

USA's husband-wife team of Brady Clark and Cristin Clark of Lynnwood, Wash., will take on China in the quarterfinals tomorrow of the 2012 World Mixed Doubles Championship in Erzurum, Turkey.

Team USA completed the round robin with a 7-4 loss to the Czech Republic's team of Lukas Klima and Petra Vinsova this morning at the Milli Piyango Curling Hall. The Americans had already secured their quarterfinal berth prior to the start of today's match. They finish the round robin with a 6-2 record and are currently ranked fifth for the quarterfinals. They will play China (7-1) at 8 a.m. Sunday (7 hours ahead of EST). China's Yansong Ji and Sijia Liu finished second in the Red Pool behind Canada (8-0).
