Level II instructor course planned in Portage

The Portage Curling Club in Portage, Wis., will host a USCA Level II Instructor Clinic, taught by USCA Certified Level II Instructor Mary Parker on Nov. 17 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The clinic costs $25 and includes lunch.
